If you’ve decided to close your website and all related services permanently, we can safely and securely handle this for you.
This service covers:
- Permanent closure of your hosting and account
- Secure deletion of all website files, databases, and emails
- Removal from our systems and hosting platform
Or choose our “Transfer to New Provider” option instead.

Simple Process
1. Place Your Order
Your payment reserves your place in the queue and confirms your request.
Payments are required upfront so we can manage workloads fairly and guarantee that every confirmed request receives attention.
2. Fill Out the Request Form
Please fill in all required information — such as update details, or any files we’ll need.
If you don’t have everything ready, you’ll receive instructions on how to send missing details later.
3. Review & Schedule
If any additional costs apply (for example, larger updates or extra tasks), you’ll receive a final invoice with your original deposit deducted before work begins.
Once payment is complete, your request will be added to the active work schedule and carried out in order of priority.

- This option is available only after your initial 12-month contract or once any outstanding payments are cleared.
- All website data, backups, and emails will be permanently deleted.
- No refunds apply for annual plans or unused months.
- This service cannot be used to reduce or replace your contract obligations.
