- Preparing and packaging website files and databases
- Removing or replacing any licensed or proprietary plugins
- Providing transfer information or liaising with your new provider
- Revoking our licences and cleaning up hosting resources

Simple Process
1. Place Your Order
Your payment reserves your place in the queue and confirms your request.
Payments are required upfront so we can manage workloads fairly and guarantee that every confirmed request receives attention.
2. Fill Out the Request Form
Please fill in all required information — such as update details, or any files we’ll need.
If you don’t have everything ready, you’ll receive instructions on how to send missing details later.
3. Review & Schedule
If any additional costs apply (for example, larger updates or extra tasks), you’ll receive a final invoice with your original deposit deducted before work begins.
Once payment is complete, your request will be added to the active work schedule and carried out in order of priority.
