Price range: £25.00 through £50.00

For existing customers only. Select the priority level, complete payment, and you’ll then be taken to the update form to submit your project details properly.

Standard (£25 deposit) is for non-urgent website updates. Invoice and scheduled completion date are usually issued within 7 days.

Urgent (£50 deposit) is for priority website updates. Invoice and scheduled completion date are usually issued within 1 to 3 business days.

The deposit covers assessment, scheduling, and the first 15 minutes of work. It is deducted from your final invoice where additional chargeable work is required.

After payment, you’ll be taken to the update request form to submit your project details properly.

Standard & urgent routes

If you are a legacy client with an explicit written agreement (from our company only) confirming included small updates in your plan, any deposit paid can be refunded or credited where appropriate. The request still needs to be logged so it is queued properly.

If your request goes beyond any included allowance, additional charges may still apply. If you have several non-urgent changes, it is often better to group them into one request rather than placing multiple separate update orders.

Requests are handled only where the account is active, verified, and up to date.

What you’ll receive

This service gives existing customers a clear, structured way to request website updates without relying on informal messages or chasing.

Once submitted, your request is reviewed under the selected priority level, checked against your account status, and scheduled properly. Where additional work is needed beyond the included assessment period, a follow-up invoice is issued before completion.
