For existing customers only, where we have the necessary access. Please choose the priority level for your update request.
- Standard (£25 deposit) — non-urgent updates, invoice + scheduled completion date sent usually within 7 days
- Urgent (£50 deposit) — priority updates, invoice + scheduled completion date sent usually within 3 days
This deposit covers the assessment and the first 15 minutes of work. The amount is deducted from your final invoice.

3. Review & Schedule
If any additional costs apply (for example, larger updates or extra tasks), you’ll receive a final invoice with your original deposit deducted before work begins.
Once payment is complete, your request will be added to the active work schedule and carried out in order of priority.
